01 · WHAT IT SOLVES HERE
The exporter invoices in euros and gets paid on a calendar that is not its own.
An exporting company sells into Europe, issues its invoice in euros and starts waiting. Between the invoice and the cash there are time zones, public holidays no one at the company sets, and a conversion into pesos whose cost is known afterwards.

Invoices go out in euros and operations run in pesos, and between the two there is a margin that moves on its own.
